Perfect Orange Top Brownies!

Ok to make homemade Pot Brownies you are going to need a great recipe, most people taken in by convenience stores go buy a ready pack – yawn – boring and almost lazy and they never taste as good as home baking, but that I guess depends on who is doing the baking.

Pot Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
1 Cup plus 2 Tbps flour
2/3 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Tsp salt
2/3 Cup sugar
1 Tsp baking powder
1/3 Cup baking cocoa
1/2 Cup of the best chocolate chips (I add 1 Cup )
1/2 Cup chopped Marshmallows
Chocolate Orange or Two
Wet Ingredients
3 eggs
2/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 Tsp Vanilla

Something to make the top coating of orange chocolate hence “POT – Perfect Orange Top Brownies”, I always prefer using the Good Fashioned Chocolate Orange. Yum

I actually quite like how Carly has made her brownies she can come cook in my kitchen any time, they look very tasty, there is only one thing I disagree with and that’s her topping I prefer Orange Chocolate any day of the week or weekend Please note when the video reaches 707 that’s 7 minutes and 7 seconds this is where you will get Pot Brownies the “perfect orange top”,

instead of slapping on whatever it is she is putting on top make it a melted down chocolate orange instead.

The top can be whatever you want but if you use milk chocolate as the topping you will end up with this – PMT you don’t want that or want to be any where near it – and it is not what we are calling pot brownies the “Perfect Orange Top” with marshmallows of course.
